Corrections

When something here is wrong, it gets fixed and it gets recorded. This page is that record.

How to report an error

Email vera@growthpedia.org with the URL and what is wrong. If you have a source, include it — it makes the fix faster, and the source usually ends up cited in the entry.

I would rather hear about a small imprecision than have it sit there. Being told I am wrong about a definition is the cheapest possible way to improve a reference site.

What gets logged here

Not logged: typos, formatting, adding a link, or expanding an entry that was already accurate. Every entry shows its own last-edited date, and the recently-updated page lists all of them in edit order.

The log

No corrections yet. This site published on 2026-07-27. This page is here from day one because a corrections page that appears only after the first embarrassment is worth nothing — and because a log that starts empty and stays empty tells you something too.

The standing correction

One thing is worth stating before anyone has to report it: SEO writing decays. Thresholds shift, tools get renamed, features are retired, and Google changes behaviour without announcing it. An entry can be accurate on the day it is written and wrong eighteen months later with nobody having made a mistake. Where a topic is known to move, the entry says so — but if you find something stale, that is still worth an email.
